Veteran's Day Parade
City of Delaware to Host Veterans Day Parade!
Sunday, November 9th, 3pm.
The parade starts at the Delaware County Fairgrounds and proceeds through historic downtown Delaware to Branch Rickey Stadium. Come down to honor those who have served.

Current Statistics for Week of 10/27/08
Delaware City Schools, BV and Big Walnut: Active Listings decreased this week by 5.7% (932) and SOLDS increased 64%!
Olentangy Schools: active listings decreased this week by 3.4% (702) and SOLDS increased 25%!
Franklin County: active listings decreased this week by 2.5% (10301) and SOLDS increased 135%!
So what does this mean.... Buyers it is a GREAT time to buy and motivated SELLERS.... still a good time to sell. This also means we are being pushed out of a Buyers Market and will begin to enter a Seller's Market.
